Israel Neiss is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mountainview Hospitality and is directly involved in the operations. Israel has a proven track record of identifying undervalued assets and bringing them to their full potential. In addition to hospitality, Israel also has decades of experience as an owner/operator of multifamily and commercial assets.
Amanda Hawkins-Vogel
President
With three decades of international hospitality experience across Asia, Australia, and the U.S., Amanda most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Twenty Four Seven Hotels. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Operations with Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Vice President of Operations with Sage Hospitality. Additionally, she held hotel-level leadership positions with Hilton Worldwide, Shangri-La Hotels, Waldorf Astoria Naples, and several luxury independent properties.
Sid Kraus
COO
Sid is directly involved in both the asset management and business strategy-related activities of the company. Sid has a proven ability to increase revenue and profitability and has a strong focus on exceeding service goals and developing his team. He has developed a leadership track record serving as the strategy liaison between multiple departments, including Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Organizational Development.
Mountainview Hospitality restructured the sales and marketing corporate team. The restructured team achieved $5,000,000 in group revenue in the first year of operation. Additionally, the groups performance improved over 20% compared to the compset.
